Session Format
Sessions are tailored to the age group attending:
• Younger children focus on fun, simple games and ball-based drills that build confidence, coordination, and basic soccer skills through constant movement.
• Older groups progress more quickly into structured match play, finishing with an extended Soccer World Cup–style tournament using short rotating games.
Fast-paced warm-ups always involve the soccer ball to get everyone moving from the start.
Here are some examples of activities we may run:
• Bull Rush – quick reaction sprints with the ball
• Survival Tag – fast footwork and evasion
• Sharks and Surfers – dribbling across zones while avoiding defenders
• Hit the Chicken – accuracy and control challenges
• Pirates & Cannonball – dodging moving balls while crossing zones
• Numbers Soccer – sprint in when your number is called
• Mini Matches (2v2 & 3v3) – high-touch, fast-moving games
• Soccer World Cup finale – rotating short matches for the whole group
Activities are adapted on the day to suit age, ability, space, and numbers.
Group Size & Rotations
Activities are designed for up to 20 children at a time to ensure quality, engagement, and safety.
If your centre has more children, the session can be split into multiple groups rotating within the total booking time.
Examples:
• 1.5-hour booking with 40 children → two groups of 20, 45 minutes each
• 2-hour booking → two groups, 1 hour each
