3.2 Pricing

• All prices shown on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change at any time, however once your booking is confirmed, the price at the time of booking applies.

3.3 Payments

• Payment must be made in full before your event or activity commences, unless alternative terms are agreed in writing.
• Fun Incursion accepts payment methods listed at the time of booking (e.g., credit card, direct debit).

4.1 Cancellation by You

• If you cancel your booking, any refund entitlement will be determined based on the time of cancellation relative to the event date.
• Cancellation policies specific to certain activities are published at the time of booking or in event booking confirmations.

4.2 Cancellation by Fun Incursion

• Fun Incursion may cancel or reschedule an activity due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, staffing issues).
• In such cases, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or a refund at our discretion.

5.1 Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in physical, outdoor, creative and interactive activities involves risk. Participants must comply strictly with any safety instructions provided by Fun Incursion staff or hosts.

5.2 Health and Requirements

• You must inform Fun Incursion of any allergies, medical conditions, accessibility needs or other factors relevant to participation.
• Fun Incursion reserves the right to refuse participation where full disclosure is not provided or where it is deemed unsafe to proceed.

6.1 Access and Restrictions
